	1. How do I register for Classifieds-g4u?

	2. How do I post my Classified ads?
	In order to post an Ad , there is only one simple page to fill up your Ad contents.
	You can see the Preview of your Ad in the right side of the page, as you type your Ad.
	After typing your Ad Click the "Save Ad" button.
	If you are new to Classifieds-g4u then the system will ask for your email Id and Password to register before saving the Ad.
	If you are existing user of Classifieds-g4u then the system will ask you to Login before saving the Ad.

	4. Can I post a photo with my classified ad?
	To post a photo with your ad, Click 'Upload Image/Picture' button. A new window will open. In the new window click 'Browse' to select a GIF or JPG image and then click 'Upload Image' button to upload photo , in the "Post Ad" page, then click "Save Ad" button
	Only GIF or JPG image accepted. Size of Image/Photo should be 80x80 pixel and 50kb. You can edit your Image/Photo to our Size using Photoshop etc.




	5. I have already posted my ad. How do I add a photo?
	Login with your "Email Id" and "Password" You will be taken to "My Ads" Section Click on "Edit" under the specific ad, Now click 'Upload Image/Picture' button. A new window will open. In the new window click 'Browse' to select the photo to upload and then click 'Upload Image' button to upload photo. Click "Update Ad" button





	6. How do I change a photo for an ad that I have posted?
	Login with your "Email Id" and "Password" You will be taken to "My Ads" Section Click on "Edit" under the specific ad, click 'Change/Remove Image'. button
	A new window will open. Then in the new window, click ' Want To Change or Remove Image?? Click here'
	Click 'Upload Image/Picture' button. A new window will open. In the new window click 'Browse' to select the photo to upload and then click button 'Upload Image' to upload change photo. Click "Update Ad" button






	7. Will my ad be posted at once?
	Every ad that is created needs to be validated. It takes up to 24 hours for validation. An email would be sent to you, informing whether your ad has been accepted or rejected post the validation process.





	8. How will I know about the responses my ads get?
	You will receive responses for your advertisements via �email� / SMS,You can see the ad statistics for the response ,daily clicks, views etc.





	9. What is the duration of my ads?
	Your ad will be posted per the package you have selected. Click Here to View the packages.





	10. How do I renew my ad after the date of expiry?
	Login with your "Email Id" and "Password" You will be taken to "My Ads" Section Click on "Repost" under the specific ad (Repost feature available only for Premium/Pay4Clicks Ad and not for Free Ads)





	11. Do I need to pay to renew my ad?
	You will have to pay as per the package you have selected.





	12. How do I edit an ad that I have posted?
	Login with your "Email Id" and "Password" You will be taken to "My Ads" Section Click on "Edit" under the specific ad, make the necessary changes and click on the "Update Ad" button.




	13. How do I delete an ad that I have posted?
	Login with your "Email Id" and "Password" You will be taken to "My Ads" Section Click on "Delete" under the specific ad. An ad once deleted cannot be restored. Once you delete Free Ad, you cannot post another Free Ad.





	14. How do I search for a particular product or service?
	You could enter a keyword or the word that you are looking for in the search box in the Home Page and click on "Search" button. A list of ads matching your search result will appear on the screen. Or To search for a particular product or service, you need to go to "Advance Search". Here you can select location and category and click on "Advance Search" button.





	15. I forgot my password. What should I do?
	Click on the "Forgot Password" link in the Login Page You will be mailed your new Password.





	16. Why can't I view the Ad I just posted?
	All ads posted go through a validation process, which takes up to 24 hours. You will be able to see your ad once your ad is accepted post validation process. You will be notified for the same via an email.





	17. My Banner Images Are Not Getting Uploaded. Why?
	Currently, we accept only 2 types of image formats, i.e. GIF and JPG .and particular size(80x80 pixel and 50kb). Please check to see if your image is saved in any other format or different size





	18. How Do I Know My Ads Are Running?
	Login with your "Email Id" and "Password" You will be taken to "My Ads" Section Under the specific Ad, the status of your ads is displayed. When your ad is running, the status will be set to "Approved". You can also try search box and Advance search to locate your ad.





	19. Why Is My Ad Not Approved?
	There may be various reasons for your ad being not approved: We may not accept ad text or ads containing or relating to certain products or services, like gambling and adult content sites, or those containing inappropriate language. We reserve the right to exercise editorial discretion, and our decision is final and binding.





	20. Why Am I Not Getting Any Response To My Ad?
	The most common reason for an Ad not getting any response is incorrect contact details or information provided on the Ad. We suggest you check your ad again, especially the email address/mobile number that you have provided.





	21. What Can I Do If I'm Not Happy With The Results Of My Ad?
	As a Classifieds-g4u subscriber you get free usage of our campaign creation and reporting tools, and the freedom to change your ad whenever you feel your results could be better. You can edit your ads. Experiment a little, and you will definitely see some improvement.

	22. How can I make online Payments?
	Step1: Go To Classified Section & Register To Classifieds-g4u. Step2: Login to your Classifieds-g4u Account Step3: Click PostAd & Select Ad Type Step4: Write Your Complete Ad & Go to Payment Options(Applicable Only For Paid Ads). Step5:Click Pay By Credit Card Button,It will take you to secure Pay Pal Payment Gateway System. Step6:Now You Can Pay The Payments Using Your Credit Card. Step7:Your Premium Ad Will Be Activated After 12 Hrs Thereafter.
